Head Coach
Jason Wilford
Jason is the Head Coach of ONE80 Multisport USA. He is an IRONMAN Certified Coach. Jason relocated his family to North West Arkansas from South Africa in 2018. As a previous business CEO Jason has now decided to follow his passion and become a full time Triathlon and Endurance coach.
Jason comes from a strong swimming and water-polo background, who started his endurance career in his Mid-20’s as part of an extremely competitive adventure racing team. Over numerous years he recorded many wins and podiums in grueling multi day races, covering up to 250 Miles of non-stop racing.
He shifted his focus to Triathlon after his kids were born. Jason races all distances and has raced all over the world completing 49 Half and full Ironman events. He will be doing his 50th event in May 2023.
Jason says “Just when I thought I couldn’t find anything that I could enjoy more, - I became a coach and the sport that was my passion turned a lifestyle into a life changer. I am humbled to play a part in people’s dreams goals and creating a supportive community of people who do Epic shit!”
Assistant Coach
David Cagle
David Cagle is an IRONMAN Certified Coach and trained life and career coach. This combination allows David to empower endurance athletes to train with a ‘whole person’ approach. He specializes in working with people that may not see themselves as athletes (yet) and loves the idea of helping people get started in endurance sports pursuing BIG audacious goals.
David is from Northwest Arkansas and grew up in Fayetteville. He started triathlon training and racing in 2014 to lose weight and ‘get in shape’. Starting at 47 years old, 60+ pounds overweight, not being able to ride a bike six miles without a break, and barely able to shuffle run a half mile. David was not a typical athlete. He completed his first race, the Iron Pig Duathlon in March of that year and…was hooked! Since then, he has gone on to complete two Ironman 140.6 races in Tulsa (2021) and Texas (2022).
David became a coach specifically to give back to the endurance community and help others go from the couch to Ironman!

Team Manager - Florida
Christian Laos
Christian Laos is the team manager for One80 Multisport Florida.
Christian's journey began long ago with cycling. After several years of competing in criteriums and road racing he found triathlon. Triathlon became his new passion, one which tested his patience and perseverance. However, it was the sense of friendship and community that really kept him engaged and wanting more.
Living in South Florida Christian has the opportunity to train outdoors year-round and sharing the journey with others along the way giving a perspective which clearly showed how training with more knowledgeable and experienced triathletes would enhance his experience and improve his results much more quickly.
After trying out some Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons Christian completed his first 70.3 Ironman in Florida in 2010. Since then, he has been able to complete 4 - 70.3 and 7 - 140.6 Ironman races, while still keeping the dream he had many years ago of racing in Kona alive.
